REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At Curenik, we aim for transparent billing and fair handling of refunds and cancellations. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase of Services you make through our Platform.

 

  1. APPLICABILITY

Applies to paid subscriptions, one-time feature purchases, and service fees charged via our platform.

  1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES
  1. We bill based on selected plan type (monthly or annual).
  2. Subscriptions auto-renew on the renewal date unless cancelled.
  3. Refunds are granted only as described below.
  1. FREE TRIAL
  1. New users may get a 7-day free trial of premium plans.
  2. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid charges.
  3. Upgrades during the trial are prorated and non-refundable.
  1. POST PURCHASE & SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
  1. Non Refundable by Default: Most paid services are not refundable.
  2. Cancellation Rights:
    1. Digital goods (e.g. feature upgrades) – cancel anytime; no refund post-activation.
    2. First-time subscription inside 7 days – eligible for full refund if limited use.
    3. Referrals generated after 7 days – no refund unless exceptional issues.
  1. OUTAGES & SERVICE FAILURES
  1. Scheduled downtimes are excluded.
  2. Unscheduled outages over 48 continuous hours may result in a prorated credit or refund for lost service duration (calculated on monthly subscription fees).
  1. DUPLICATE OR ERRONEOUS CHARGES

Identify duplicate charges? Email support for refunds—processed within 7–10 business days at billing@curenik.in.

  1. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS

  2. Include: full name, account ID, detailed reason, support docs.
  3. Review: We’ll respond within 5 business days.
  4. Resolution: Credit or refund issued in original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  1. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
  1. Prefer resolution before disputing with banks.
  2. Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to service suspension.
  3. We reserve rights to recover costs or damages from illicit chargebacks.
  1. MODIFICATIONS

Policy may be updated; existing subscriptions continue under agreed terms; new subscriptions follow updated policy.
