Welcome to Curenik, a referral system designed to connect healthcare providers across Noida and beyond. By accessing or using Curenik’s services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree, please do not use our platform.

 

  1. LEGAL ENTITIES & ELIGIBILITY
    1. Users must be licensed healthcare providers (doctors, clinics, hospitals, allied staff).
    2. Registrant Obligations: You confirm your credentials are true and maintain updates about any changes or legal challenges.
  1. USER ACCOUNTS & SECURITY
    1. Access Credentials: You obtain a unique login and are responsible for maintaining confidentiality.
    2. Usage Logging: We track login activity to secure access and detect anomalies.
    3. Authorization: Your account may only be used by you or approved clinic staff.
  1. PROPER USE OF SERVICES
    1. Permitted Use: For lawful and professional referral-related activities only.
    2. Prohibited Use includes fraud, impersonation, illegal content, data scraping, or interfering with others’ use.
  1. MANAGING REFERRALS
    1. Accuracy of Data: You are responsible for ensuring referral details and attached documents are precise and up to date.
    2. Referral Ownership: Once submitted, referrals may only be viewed or acted upon by recipients or administrators.
    3. Patient Consent: You must obtain informed consent for sharing patient data in compliance with law and ethical standards.
  1. DATA PRIVACY & SECURITY
    1. Encryption Standards: Data is protected in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest.
    2. Compliance: In line with Indian IT and emerging PDPA regulations.
    3. Privacy Policy: Detailed in our separate policy document.
  1. PAYMENT TERMS (IF APPLICABLE)
    1. Curenik may offer advanced features on subscription or usage basis.
    2. Charges may apply; payment terms will be communicated and must be agreed upon separately.
    3. Non-payment could result in suspension.
  1. SUPPORT, MAINTENANCE & SERVICE LEVELS
    1. We aim for high availability, but scheduled maintenance may occur with prior notification.
    2. Major unplanned outages (>48 hrs) may be eligible for prorated service credits.
  1. TERMINATION & SUSPENSION
    1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, misuse, or legal requirements.
    2. You can terminate by ceasing to use the platform; unused paid services have limited refund eligibility.
  1. DISCLAIMERS, LIMITATIONS & LIABILITY
    1. Curenik is a referral facilitator, not a provider of medical care or emergency services.
    2. We disclaim liability for provider decisions or duty-of-care outcomes.
    3. Our liability is capped at paid fees or ₹10,000 INR for direct damages.
    4. No liability for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.
  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    1. Curenik retains all rights to the platform, copyright, trademarks, and data structure.
    2. You are granted a license solely to use the platform during account validity.
  1. CHANGES TO TERMS
    1. We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.
    2. Continued use implies acceptance; discontinued use yields termination rights.
  1. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
    1. Indian laws, with jurisdiction in Noida courts, apply.
    2. Disputes are handled via good-faith negotiation, with mediation or arbitration if unresolved.
